Unfortunately, the quality deteriorated on the last visit, the burger was very sad to look at, the breading tasted a little different than usual, all in all a bit long fried. The staff was not exactly friendly that evening. It's a shame, because otherwise we were always satisfied customers.

Why not accept app coupons at the Drive Inn counter?

Very bad service waiting for 2 fries over 15 minutes. Cheek! Others who ordered after us received a huge bag in front of us. And for that you pay a certain price ???

As usual, the food is always very good, but I really wonder what's going wrong in Würselen, the opening times until 9 p.m. at the latest are really bad, I mean the one in Heerlen is sometimes open until 1 a.m. The coupons are also no longer accepted and you have to pay for the stuff regularly. In Marsdorf they always manage to accept all coupons, please ask for an opinion from KFC Würselen!

Super service, super nice people in general, the food is like you are used to from KFC is super and always pretty hot so there is enough time to take it home with you and it's still cozy and warm. Good Appetite!

Hardly any waiting times in the drive in, especially at the moment (Corona). Great! Super tasty and to be recommended.

Unfortunately, quality has decreased significantly. The meat has not tasted so good since the autumn lockdown. No coupons despite listing in "participating restaurants" like in spring. The MA simply stuck a sheet of paper on the column that no coupons will be accepted. Fortunately, the big competition with vouchers is right next door!

Well I'm a big fan of KFC in general and this place doesn't really have anything to complain about. It's located in an industrial area, has a drive-thru, a lot of parking opportunities, two levels, self-order displays and the staff was kind as well. I also noticed a delivery car outside, but I haven't tried that out since I don't live that near by.
